Career Pathways, an approach to secondary education and postsecondary planning, is designed to engage each student in the creation of a flexible, individualized Student Success Plan that includes rigorous academic coursework, credit-bearing college courses, related electives, and structured external work-based learning experiences within the context of a chosen career pathway.
