SDE: Connecticut Accountability for Learning Initiative

INITIATIVE INFORMATION

The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) is commited to improving the ways in which it supports, interacts with, and creates accountability for its lowest-performing schools and districts. To that end, the CSDE Turnaround Office is developing a framework to support districts through convenings, topical webinars, communities of practice, and best practice sharing across Alliance Districts and between districts, national reform experts, and offices within the CSDE. At this time, the Connecticut Accountability for Learning Initiative (CALI) modules will no longer be offered statewide. Districts are encouraged to contact their local RESC and/or SERC if they are interested in training their staff in these modules.
