We want to hear from you!
The Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) wants to hear your success story! Send us a story featuring how your school or district improved students’ healthy behaviors through a Coordinated School Health (CSH) approach.
Success stories, that meet the criteria, will be recognized and shared with districts and schools to promote innovative practices that address the health and well-being of children and youth.

Coordinated School Health is a national program sponsored by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and is operating in states across the country. It provides a system designed to address the needs of the whole child by effectively connecting health with education. It includes eight components:
