Educational Opportunities for Military Children
 |
Military families, like all families, want the highest quality education for their children, especially during times of relocation and deployment.
Connecticut belongs to the Interstate Compact on Educational Opportunities for Military Children (the Compact).
The Compact helps alleviate many of the academic challenges facing military children in transition, such as those involving school enrollment, eligibility, placement and graduation. It was created to limit local barriers and promote the uniform treatment of military children transferring between school districts and states. Learn more.
