SDE: Red Tape Review and Removal Task Force

Red Tape Review and Removal Task Force

About

Governor Dannel P. Malloy appointed the Red Tape Review and Removal Task Force in June 2012 to study ways that the State of Connecticut can remove bureaucratic barriers to academic excellence.  The Governor first announced the creation of the Task Force in January 2012 as part of his overall plan to reform education statewide.  The Task Force will work with the administration to find concrete ways to unleash educational innovation and support the state's educators by reducing unnecessarily burdensome regulations and mandates.  Learn more in the Press Release.
