The EFS is currently being developed for districts to report financial data to CSDE as needed for:
- Replacement of current Forms ED001, ED001C, and ED001R
- Per-pupil expenditures by school and district required on state report cards per Federal Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Federal F-33 School Level Financial Survey
- State reporting requirements of Section 10-10c of the Connecticut General Statutes (Uniform Chart of Accounts - UCOA)
The EFS will be implemented for reporting 2017-18 expenditures to CSDE.
