Overview

The Connecticut State Department of Educationís Office of Student Supports and Organizational Effectiveness (OSSOE) is led by Chief Operating Officer Charlene Russell-Tucker. The OSSOE is charged with developing and implementing effective family and student support programs and services to assist schools in improving student outcomes. In addition, the OSSOE is responsible for advancing priority projects and improving the effectiveness, responsiveness, and efficiency of the Department's programs and services.
