Carl D. Perkins Information
Carl D. Perkins Vocational and Technical Act of 2006 is the principal source of federal funding in Connecticut for improvement of secondary and postsecondary career and technical education programs. Each year Congress appropriates grants to states, including basic state grants and tech prep to be allocated to secondary and postsecondary institutions.
